Monika Florian-Chwast
Assistant Manager

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work from the University of Silesia in Katowice in Poland. I moved to England in 2007. I started as a Support Worker at the National Society for Epilepsy and then a Team Leader and was promoted to Deputy Manager. After working 12 years at the Epilepsy Society, I moved to the NHS at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.

For the past 14 years I have worked within health care settings and have completed my Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I joined Eden Care at Home as an Assistant Manager in October 2021 and now working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. My aim is to make a difference to the lives of our service users and to support my colleagues in every way possible. I like to focus on my tasks, act professionally and demonstrate dependability during stressful situations.

I like to be active and during my breaks from work, enjoy the outdoors and fresh air. I spend time with my husband and daughter in the mountains and the coast.
