AIM Qualifications Group from 1st November 2022.
AIM Qualification Group is a national and international Awarding Organisation. As an approved centre, Eden Care at Home Limited will be able to deliver Awarding qualifications through our training academy (Eden Care Academy). We will be offering our employees the AIM Qualification Suite of Skills for Working in Health, Lifestyle, and Science Industries (AIMVOCs) Qualifications which will provide opportunities for our employees to develop their skills and knowledge, progress in their role and offer quality care to our clients.
In addition to the AIMVOCs Qualifications, Eden Care Academy offers our employees free, ongoing, and accredited training:

We will also be seeking accreditation for all our current in-house training from AIM for our employees which will further enhance the quality of care we offer to our clients.
Bespoke Courses: We will be offering a bespoke End of Life and Palliative Care training in partnership with Rennie Grove & Peace Hospice. We have also partnered with Parkinson’s Society to develop a Train The Trainer Programme in Parkinson’s for our staff.
