Eden Care provides a daycare service for the elderly in the heart of Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8BQ. We also serve residents in surrounding areas. Our daycare program offers the elderly a chance to socialise and make new friends in a safe and supportive environment. We believe in giving our clients an opportunity to live life to the fullest.

Personalised care plans – All of our daycare packages are tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Care plans are created in consultation with clients, family members and other professionals involved in their care.
Visits from healthcare professionals, including chiropodists, chiropractors, and physiotherapists.
Companionship and support from our dedicated team of trained staff
Social outings – We organise various social activities, including arts and crafts sessions, games and quizzes, baking classes, music therapy, etc.
Freshly prepared, hot meals at lunchtime
Transport – All Eden Care at Home vehicles are fully compliant with current legislation, fitted with seat belts and wheelchair accessible where appropriate.

Maintaining independence and encouraging our clients to participate in as many activities as possible is central to the Eden philosophy of care. We have a dedicated Activities Co-ordinator who works hard to ensure our clients have plenty of physical and mental stimulation opportunities through exercise, hobbies, games, and entertainment.

Our Day Service is available five days per week for clients to attend for as many or as few days. There is no minimum number of days required or contract for attendance needed.

What Are the First Steps?

First, we conduct a telephone consultation or home visit to assess your needs. This way, we can get to know your loved one on a deeper level.

Once the assessment is complete, we will set up a family meeting to discuss the results, and our team will work with you and the rest of your family to determine what to do next. We’ll also keep you updated on any changes in your loved one’s living situation or health condition so can make any necessary adjustments.
