I hold a BSc Hons Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester and a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. I worked for the NHS in diagnostic Biochemistry for over 20 years and then joined both professional and regulatory bodies in health care and project management. I entered the social care sector in 2014.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga diploma holder with over 40 years’ experience in teaching yoga, health and wellbeing.  I am a senior steward and worship leader in my own church and a circuit steward for Harrow & Hillingdon churches. I believe in care and compassion for all beings, regular exercise, a well balance diet and relaxation; qualities endorsed and encouraged by Eden Care at Home Limited.
